Flipping with Daddy, plus more updates

Rob's sisters will recognize this- he can still remember his dad doing this with him and his siblings and cousins. Was that 30 years ago?! Yikes.

Anyway, Cosi wasn't too sure what was going on at first, but after one flip, she was won over.



On another note, I (Rob) am really missing Cosi. It's hard being 14 hours away and knowing that there's still a chance that someone in the next three days could try to block our adoption. Our timetable has changed a little, but not much. During the week after our court appointment, Rob will be spending most of his time in a car with our facilitator and driver, traveling around the Carpathian mountains getting documents in order. Once we have her passport, new birth certificate, new identification number, etc., then we'll take her home. Well, in a roundabout way. First we'll take her to Kiev for a medical check and US (and maybe East Asia?) visa, THEN back to Virginia.

Also, April made it safely back to Virginia last night and is probably enjoying Chick-fil-a even as I type this.
